I have been a servant leader for ISA for 20 years. I was awarded ISA Young Innovator in 2013 and served as Division Director Chemical and Petroleum Division from 2012-2015. I have served in multiple sections from 2006 - 2020 including ISA Northern California, Southern California and worked closely with Houston, Chile, India (Pune, Bangalore, Chennai), and several others. I was Vice President of Industry and Sciences (I&S) from 2016-2017 where I ideated the Smart Manufacturing and IIOT division and organized several industry symposia by driving ONE ISA message to drive section / division collaboration. I was Technical Assembly chair in 2019 and lead IR&A executive board group in 2020 -2021. I have been part of the awesome ISA Executive Board for six years (2018-2023). I plan to bring these experiences to shape the future of ISA to serve our members and profession.

As Corporate Vice-President of Innovation and Technology at Republic Services, I help transform the company from waste services to environmental services driving next generation innovation in plastics circularity, decarbonization, organic circularity. I work closely with executive management to champion this transformation through Innovation.
