Bio

Highly qualified professional with more than 20 years of experience in Industry and IT operations. Experienced on functional analysis for DEV and Infra, technology for manufacturing architecture, Process improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM, teams and squad management, process, maintenance, CAPEX, OPEX, horizontal and vertical management, multicultural project collaboration. Active leader at the most relevant institution for industrial automation (ISA).

Expertise in finding, implementing and run the best solutions for business requirements, exploring alternatives, seeking resources and guiding team members to achieve the expected results. Based on team, consulting, suppliers’ relationship, and background analysis.

Experience in technology and culture integration between Industry (OT), IT and automation (AT), rotating between these areas several times in different Industries such as metallurgical including steel mills, mining supply, health including pharma, services providers companies. Responsible by MES in routine and projects, such as Provectus system, GMIS by Accentury, QUAD and PAS-X by Werum. Routine and improvement management (OPEX) and projects (CAPEX): industrial process (methods and KPIs) applying Black Belt Six Sigma, LEAN, TPM and restriction theory. Managing SAP R/3, ECC and S4 migration, routine use and GO lives. Driving teams as, Sales leader, IT head, maintenance leader, automation leader and architecture leader.

Currently as an independent consultant, I provide services as technology architecture for Industry integration (4.0), CAPEX management, training, GO-lives and functional definition. Mainly clients are Gerdau Pindamonhangaba, Araçariguama, Monroe-EUA, SJC and Aché pharma.

International experience as expat in India by Gerdau to MES and SAP CAPEX projects and Peru for leadership training for a factory GO-live.

Good interpersonal relationship, having worked in interface with several areas (commercial, manufacturing, production scheduling, financial, IT, supply chain and quality), with several hierarchical levels, and with several companies (suppliers and customers).

Elaboration and analysis of key performance indicators, databases and management reports.

Implementation and management of processes, methods and standards promoting continuous improvement.  Managing CAPEX over 150M USD.

People management working with multidisciplinary teams, with different levels of knowledge.

Fluency in Portuguese, advanced in English and intermediate with Spanish. English native experience living in India by 1,5 year and in Peru for Spanish by 1 year.
