Dr. Changki Mo is Director and Professor in the School of Engineering at Washington State University Tri-Cities. He received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. His research has been on vehicular and structural vibration control, agricultural robotics and automation, and smart materials and structures including vibration-based piezoelectric energy harvesting, and adaptive structures using shape memory polymers. Much of his current research focuses on robotic system design for precision agriculture and structural integrity inspection, and thermal characterization of cellulose nanocrystals (CNC).
