About the Topic:
Our ISA Cleveland Section is proud to announce our two-student science and engineering fair award winners and their projects. The students will be introducing themselves, their parents, and presenting their projects to everyone. They will be given a commemorative and small monetary award by Herb Harpster and John Mihevic; this year's judges for our Section. The "Technology Then and Now" presentation will discuss the evolution of technology - "Then" being 1965 when the speaker was the age of our science fail awardees; "Now" being present day advances.
Additionally, the 2024 - 2025 Section Officer Election will be held at this meeting.

About the Speaker:
Before his retirement in 2022, James Valli had a 55 year career in electrical, instrumentation, and automation engineering. He moved to Cleveland and, in 1967, started doing drafting design with Arthur G. McKee and Company, During the ensuing technology and computing revolution, Mr. Valli has worked for engineering contractors, operating companies, and automation suppliers including his last 17 years with Rockwell Automation.
