Please save this date as I would like to see all of our section leaders at the upcoming district leadership conference (DLC). The DLC will be taking place alongside the annual expo and leadership meetings in Charleston, SC from September 29 – October 3. The Automation Summit & Expo will take place from September 30 – October 3 which includes an exhibit area and technical presentations. The current plan is for the DLC to take place prior to the event on September 29 and half of September 30. This plan is tentative on the dates as it may move back a day to September 28. I will provide an update as soon as I have it, but please block out these dates on your calendar and budget accordingly for section travel expenses.
Additionally, I would like to use this thread to have leaders post about topics they would like to hear about at the district leadership conference. What topics of concern are being discussed in your local sections? What would you like to learn more about?
