As section president, I am excited to welcome you to our ISA Wilmington Section page! We have been serving the automation community near Wilmington, Delaware since 1949.
Monthly events hosted by the Wilmington section (September through June) are posted through ISA Connect. Our technical section meetings are typically hosted on weekdays at 5:45PM in Newark, Delaware (virtual options available for select presentations); social event locations vary nearby. Section highlights:
- Annual Shrimp Boil: Popular event hosted every spring. Enjoy great food prepared by our Shrimp Master while networking with industry peers and event sponsors.
- Technical Conference & Vendor Showcase: Local vendor tabletops and insightful technical presentations for the industrial automation community, hosted every-other year for the Mid-Atlantic community. Attendance is free and open to the public.
- Technical Presentations: Rotating topics from a variety of experts. Learn more about instrumentation, automation, and industry best practices (with PDH available!).
- Social Events: Opportunity to unwind and network with other section members to foster a greater sense of community.
- Additional opportunities are available to volunteer or provide mentorship to others in the local community, including with students!
