Baltimore/Washington DC

 View Only

Baltimore / Washington DC (BWDC) Section was formed in early 2008 with the merger of the Baltimore and Washington DC Sections into a single section.

We offer frequent virtual Section meetings featuring presentations on a full range of industrial automation topics to our distribution network of well over 1000 instrumentation and controls professionals, including ISA members and Professional Engineers in the Baltimore / DC area and beyond.  We curate presentations with deep technical content placed in context of a broad industry perspective, with thoughtful industry observations and technical insight.  We decline commercial presentations focused on the features of a particular product or service, instead directing our presenters to observe similar guidelines to those typically observed while writing technical papers and making presentations at industry conferences.

We warmly welcome non-members as well as members from other Sections, offering Professional Development Hour (PDH) certificates free for ISA members and $5 for non-members.  We hope that you'll consider joining us for our next Section meeting.
