Please join us for our next webinar! For this month, we are kicking off a new series focused on energy savings within the industrial plant setting. Our first topic will be on steam. As presenter, we are very honored and excited to have none other than THE steam subject matter expert himself, Steve Huffman!!
Per U.S. Dept of Energy; Steam systems account for about 30% of the total energy used in industrial applications for product output. These systems can be indispensable in delivering the energy needed for process heating, pressure control, mechanical drives, separation of components, and production of hot water for process reactions. Making steam systems more efficient throughout industry could reduce annual plant energy costs by several billion dollars and environmental emissions by millions of metric tons.
We are also kicking off our “bring a friend” contest. We are asking for your help in getting the word out about the ISA and what it has to offer. Our virtual meetings are of no cost. What better opporunity to invite somone to attend and see firsthand what the ISA is all about. For any current member that has a non-ISA member register and attend a meeting, you will be entered into a drawing to win your choice of an ISA mug or ISA face mask.
