The Certification Directory may be used by employers, customers and others to verify a credential holder's certification or certificate. The directory shows the same data as displayed on your digital certificates, including first name, last name, credential name, certified date, and certification expiration date.
If a credential holder's name is not listed, this does not necessarily mean that an individual does not have a certification or certificate. Individuals can choose to be excluded from this directory.
If you are an employer seeking to verify a credential holder's status and are unable to find that individual listed in the directory, additional verification can be obtained by asking the credential holder to share their ISA digital certificate.
If you have a certification or are a certificate holder and you do not appear in the search, you need to update your information by logging into your ISA account. Once you are there, go to the “My Info” tab, scroll down to the Communication Preferences and update the “Include me in Certification Directory” option. As a certification or certificate holder and ISA member, you can add additional details to your profile, such as location (city, country), your professional experience, etc. To become an ISA member, go here for more details. You may also “opt out” by updating the information in your ISA account.
