You probably have seen a dip in your membership recently. That's because we are still working on regaining the members who lapsed on January 1st. The ISA is using email, telemarketing, and social media in this effort. There is also a tool available for Sections to use in this effort. Below is how you can pull a report on "Community Members Joined and Left" and use that report to contact your former members.
