    ISA asks Sections to complete the form and submit a request for the following activities:

    1. Promotion of any activities to members outside of the section's jurisdiction
    2. Activities with more than one section
    3. Exhibiting at, participating in, partnering, or sponsoring another organization's event/conference
    4. Any participation or activity with any for-profit entity other than a company sponsorship of a section meeting
    5. Proposed conference, expo, or training

    No promotion nor contracts may be done until approval is granted. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance of the activity. Any activity requiring approval within two weeks of an ISA conference within the region will not be approved. Approval is delegated by the Executive Board to the Conference Advisory Committee. This is not an exhaustive list, and the Conference Advisory Committee has the authority to request that a section submit for approval for other activities beyond this list.

    If approval is granted, the section is only permitted to use the section name and logo. ISA brand and logo guidelines must be followed.

    I'd like to point out having an event without approval will remove a Section from Good Standing. That means they will not receive a rebate check for the entire year, and if it happens two years in a row, the Section will be disestablished. It's easy to submit for approval, and would be a shame for either of those to happen!
