Dennis,
We use QuickBooks online in our farming operation, and recently experienced sticker shock when it was time to renew our subscription. I called their sales team, asked about discounts, and they gave us 20% off the listed price of $810. If your Section is a registered 501(c) (3) organization, QuickBooks offers significant discounts through TechSoup: https://www.techsoup.org/intuit?srsltid=AfmBOoraGTPLyqzGKbCFv1noTi4M686pHGA7QL8GnSUcs6ee252JGHGl. When I checked this morning, QuickBooks Online Plus (5 users) is $80 per year, and QuickBooks Online Advanced is $170.00.

Subject: Accounting Software
Hello fellow ISA members.
Brazos Section has been using QuickBooks online for our accounting software. Prices have increased and I question the value. I am curious what software other sections may be using. One feature I like with QuickBooks is the ability to categorize the profit and loss by Class. We use this feature to easily report cash flow by events like Technical Luncheons, Golf Tournaments, Expo, etc.
Thanks for your input.
