Join us on October 19th as we learn from Jason Rudden - Phoenix Contact about how to protect instrument and data signals and surge protection basics.
Surge protection is often an afterthought, usually after electronics have failed causing either a loss of critical data or a complete plant shutdown. Proper protection can mitigate these issues, reducing downtime as well as environmental and safety occurrences. Come learn about surge protection basics and how to implement and monitor surge protection systems.
Jason is a Project Sales Engineer within Phoenix Contact’s Process Automation group. His role is a field technical support role working with end users, system integrators and engineering firms in Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas, Water/Waste Water and other process related industries. As a former petrochemical E&I engineer, he has a good understanding of the process industry and its applications.
