This complimentary webinar will explore how artificial intelligence is being used to either complement or replace traditional physical sensors.
Virtual sensors are becoming increasingly common as alternatives to traditional physical sensors since they can be deployed quickly, at low cost, and for applications and environments that are challenging for physical sensors. Additionally, they leverage the recent advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning that have allowed for the development of self-driving cars, voice and facial recognition, and many other new technologies.
This presentation will look at virtual sensors based on computer vision algorithms and based on analyzing the inputs from multiple physical sensors, as well as how these sensors can contribute to the control and optimization of industrial processes.
