Dear ISA South India Section Members,
After an eventful year during which we could conduct many technical talks virtually due to the pandemic, the term of the present Executive Committee (EC) is coming to an end shortly.
Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ISA South India Section (ISA SOIND) will be held VIRTUALLY on 10th July 2022 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM upto 11.30 AM, to discuss the following agenda.
1. Activities Report for the year 2021 - 2022
2. Statement of Account for the year 2021 - 2022
3. Election of new office bearers for the year 2022 - 2023 (President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer)
The EC in its last meeting held on 11th June 2022 has nominated Dr. Uppu Ramachandriah (Email ID : deanri@hindustanuniv.ac.in), one of the EC members, to be the Election Officer to conduct the elections for the office of the President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer for the year 2022-23. Interested members shall submit the nomination form (which will be shared in the next announcement ) directly to Dr. Uppu Ramachandriah , on or before 7th July 2022.
All those who are willing to submit their nominations, please note the following:
a) Only Active Members as on 1st June 2022 are eligible for being nominated.
b) Only Active Members as on 1st June 2022 can nominate (Proposed by / Seconded by)
c) Only Active Members as on 1st June 2022 can vote in the AGM, in case there are more than one nomination for a post.
