The City of Odessa, TX - Water Wastewater Utilities Division faced typical challenges such as aging infrastructure, unreliable communication to remote sites, and an infrastructure that was unique to each of their facilities. They were spending more than what should be generally needed for control system maintenance, and were looking for an efficient solution to optimize their Utility-wide operations, maintenance and management of their water wastewater systems.
