Mentor Enrollment

Requirements 

Any ISA professional member who would like to participate can enroll as a mentors.

Expectations

  • Complete mentor profile and enroll as a mentor
  • Meet with mentee at agreed upon times
  • Complete mentoring agreement with your mentee
  • Provide insights and knowledge to assist your mentee in professional development and growth
  • Make at least a 10-month commitment to the Mentor program
  • Assure each mentee is well-served and have no more than three mentees at one time
  • Complete the program check ins

  • Professional experience
  • Industry trends
  • Advice for defining and reaching goals
  • Job interview tips and resume reviews
  • Recommendations for additional education or development 

Mentoring is Not For

  • Internships or job offers
  • Technical consultancy

Steps to successfully complete your Mentor enrollment:

  • Login to your ISA account
  • Once logged in, make selections for each of the demographics below to set your preferences. Please note that some fields are required for Mentor enrollment. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for Mentees to find their best Mentor match. Demographics will display below only once logged in with a professional membership.






You must sign in as a ISA professional member to participate in the program. You will not be able to enroll or search the directory without logging in with an active professional membership.
