Mr. Nebu Varghese
Senior Director – Cybersecurity, FTI Consulting (London)
Mr. Varghese brings over 13 years of global experience in offensive security, with a deep focus on OT red teaming and penetration testing. He has led security engagements in 28 countries across sectors including critical infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and financial services.
As a member of the UK NCSC Security Testing Expert Group, Nebu blends technical red teaming with stakeholder-focused tabletop exercises to provide a holistic approach to detection and response. Before joining FTI Consulting, he spent a decade at two of the Big 4 firms, leading complex, threat-driven security assessments across IT and OT environments. He holds an MSc in Software and Systems Security from the University of Oxford, along with multiple advanced industry certifications (CRTE, OSCP, CISA, CEH, and more).
