ISA St. Louis Section March Tour

Every so often we get the opportunity to visit the campus of Washington University and learn about their Process Control curriculum and tour the lab.

Join us for a tour of the Process Control, Robotics, and Rocketry labs at Washington University.  In addition to touring the lab facilities to see what engineering students are learning about automation technology, there will be time to mix with students and faculty to discuss industry trends, automation career opportunities, and how interested students can best prepare themselves for a career in automation.   Don’t miss this one!

Location: Meet in Green Hall 2nd Floor Collaboration Space

Parking Instructions:

1. Park underground in the new East End Parking Garage (red arrows): 
   a.    From Forest Park Parkway, enter campus at Hoyt Drive
   b.    From Forsyth Boulevard, enter campus at Wrighton Way 
   c.    After 5 pm, the garage should be free. Please take a ticket and park in Yellow or Visitor spaces only. When you scan your ticket to leave, the gate should lift with no charge.
   
   
2. Walk to Brauer Hall (#11, red circle):  
   a.    The interior of Brauer Hall is connected to both Whitaker (#134) and Green (#51) Halls. It will feel like one long hallway on the ground floor.
   b.    The main Brauer lobby has a large stairwell to the north, the Dean’s office to the east, and the EECE Department Chair’s office to the west.
