The focus is not on safety systems but on delivering projects safely both in a general way as well as being specific to automation projects

Why - the benefits and cost of addressing safety in projects, particularly automation projects
Who - the stakeholders for safety in an automation project, and what they need to know
Where - the importance of place and industry type to how safety is considered
When - the engagement of safety concerns at different points in the project/asset lifecycle 
What  - the common deliverables to be seen related to safety in an project delivery - how these relate to automation
How - the activities and division of responsibility related to safety among various team members
